• A security deposit of $500. is required at time of booking
• Rental payment plus HST are due prior to departure
• Your booking deposit becomes the insurance deductible while unit is in your possession
• Security deposit will be refunded upon return provided unit is:
• Returned on time
• Clean
• Sewer, grey and fresh water tanks are empty
• The renter presents the unit for inspection
• Absolutely no smoking allowed in rental units

UNITS ARE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL INTO THE UNITED STATES This must be disclosed at time of rental reservation.

• Subject to availability units are available Mon– Sat 10-4 no pick ups or drop offs Sundays
• Rental season starts Apr. 1 through Halloween
• Rental return must be by 12 noon on last day of rental

• Sanitation Package toilet tissue & chemical $10.
• Additional Cleaning Fees if necessary $50.

PETS ARE ALLOWED THERE WILL BE A $30. CLEANING FEE APPLIED
