• A deposit of $500. is required at time of booking
• Rental payment plus HST are due prior to departure
• Your booking deposit becomes the SECURITY DEPOSIT while unit is in your possession
• Security deposit will be refunded upon return provided unit is:
• Returned on time
• Clean
• Sewer, grey and fresh water tanks are empty
• The renter presents the unit for inspection
• Absolutely no smoking allowed in rental units

UNITS ARE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL INTO THE UNITED STATES This must be disclosed at time of rental reservation.

• Subject to availability units are Picked Up Mon-Fri 1pm-4pm. Returns must be dropped off 9am-11am. No pick ups or drop offs on weekends.
• Rental season starts Apr. 1 through Halloween

• Sanitation Package toilet tissue & chemical $10.
• Additional Cleaning Fees if necessary $50.

PETS ARE ALLOWED THERE WILL BE A $30. CLEANING FEE APPLIED
